Woodbine & Woodlands South Calgary MLS® Listings
Houses, Condos and Real Estate For Sale by Calgary REALTORS®.
Woodbine and Woodlands are two separate southwest Calgary communities that sit side by side along 24 Street SW and share a single community association, which is why they're often listed together. Woodlands was established in 1976 and lies between 24 Street SW and 14 Street SW, with Canyon Meadows Golf Course located entirely within its boundaries. Woodbine was established in 1979, sitting between 24 Street SW and Tsuut'ina Trail, and includes the Woodbine Square shopping centre. Both communities are bounded by Anderson Road to the north and back directly onto Fish Creek Provincial Park to the south, giving residents of either community walking access to the park's pathway system. Housing in both is predominantly single-family detached, built out through the late 1970s and early 1980s, with Woodlands carrying a somewhat higher share of rental units and condominiums than Woodbine. MAX Yellow bus rapid transit serves Woodbine with dedicated stations, while Woodlands is served by local schools including Woodlands Elementary and William Roper Hull School.
