Sundance South Calgary MLS® Listings
Houses, Condos and Real Estate For Sale by Calgary REALTORS®.
Sundance is a southeast Calgary community established in 1982, located east of Macleod Trail and bordered by Midnapore and Fish Creek Provincial Park to the north and east, with Stoney Trail forming its southern edge. The community is built around Sundance Lake, a 33-acre man-made lake at its centre; the lake is privately operated by the Sundance Lake Residents Association for resident use, similar to other south Calgary lake communities. Housing is predominantly single-family, with only a small share of condominiums, apartments, and rental units. Sundance's location next to Fish Creek Provincial Park means residents are close to the park's pathway system and to Sikome Lake, the park's public beach area. Two public elementary schools, one junior high, one public high school, and one Catholic school serve local families. With a settled housing stock dating to the 1980s, Sundance has a quieter, more established feel than newer developments further south.
