Elbow Park City Centre Calgary MLS® Listings
Houses, Condos and Real Estate For Sale by Calgary REALTORS®.
Elbow Park is one of Calgary's oldest and most established inner-city communities, annexed to the city in 1907 and developed as a residential neighbourhood after 1910. It takes its name from its setting along the Elbow River, which forms the community's southern and eastern boundary, with Elbow Drive, Council Way and 14 Street W rounding out its edges. The tree-lined streets and large character homes here have long made Elbow Park one of Calgary's most sought-after riverside addresses. The private Glencoe Club, founded in 1931 in what was originally known as the Glencoe subdivision, remains a defining local landmark and the source of the "Glencoe" name still associated with the area, though Glencoe is not a separate community from Elbow Park itself. River Park and Stanley Park border the community along the river valley, offering off-leash space, pathways and tennis courts. With mature landscaping and easy access to downtown, Elbow Park continues to attract buyers seeking established inner-city character.
