Who developed Morningside and is it still building?

Morningside was developed by Apex Development as part of the larger Cooper's Crossing master-planned community and is now largely built out and sold, so buyers here are mostly looking at resale homes.

What makes Morningside's setting distinctive?

It sits on a hillside with westward views toward the Rocky Mountains on clear days, walking paths past ponds that attract local wildlife, and a border onto Chinook Winds Regional Park.

What schools are near Morningside?

Cooper's Crossing School (K-8, Rocky View Schools) and St. Veronica School (K-6, Calgary Catholic) are both close, with W.H. Croxford High School and St. Martin de Porres High School just across 8 Street and Yankee Valley Boulevard.
