Some of the most visited and popular pages on our blog are about real property reports and the cost of a compliance stamp from the City of Calgary.
Great news! The City of Calgary has announced a fee relief program with Planning & Development deferring and/or waiving some fee payments in 2020.
What does this mean? Until October 31, 2020, the $199 fee for real property report compliance is WAIVED!
A current RPR with compliance is an important part of a home sale so this is a great opportunity for any Calgary homeowner who has updated their property with a new deck or fence. There is usually a need for an updated real property report with an air conditioning install, window well or concrete patio! Call/text Jeff Mikolajow or contact us for more advice!
