A while back, we answered some basic questions about Real Property Reports in Calgary. Like many services in Calgary, the cost of an RPR has risen for 2014 but the fact remains - an updated real property report with compliance is as important as ever to facilitate a successful real estate transaction.

In Calgary, a real property report with City of Calgary compliance is an important document that is generally required to be supplied by the seller of a house or bare land condo before title transfer (and payment) takes place.
