Families can choose Scenic Acres Public School, Monsignor E.L. Doyle for Catholic education, or Ecole Nouveau Monde for French immersion, all within the community.

Why do lots in Scenic Acres feel larger than in nearby communities?

The community association negotiated with the original developer to lower the planned population from 16,000 to under 9,500 residents by increasing lot sizes, a change made while the community was still mostly undeveloped in the mid-1980s.
