Arbour Lake is a northwest Calgary community developed by Melcor Developments starting in the early 1990s, bounded by Country Hills Boulevard, Crowchild Trail, Nose Hill Drive and Stoney Trail. Its centrepiece is the private, 10-acre Arbour Lake itself, stocked with rainbow trout and open only to residents through the Arbour Lake Residents Association, which runs a beach, boat dock and year-round events including an ice fishing derby.
