When are your City of Calgary Property Taxes due?

All City of Calgary 2020 property tax bills were mailed in the last week of May and are due September 20, 2020 (extended from June 30 due to covid-19).
Billed to the property owner each May, your property tax bill is calculated using your property's annual assessed value from your assessment notice, and the municipal & provincial tax rates (mill rate) approved by Council and Province of Alberta.
When are my property taxes due? Your Calgary property tax bill is due June 30 (extended to September 30 for 2020).
