Houses, Condos and Real Estate For Sale by Calgary REALTORS®.

Rutland Park is a small southwest Calgary community bounded by Richmond Road and 33rd Avenue to the north, Crowchild Trail to the east, Glenmore Trail to the south, and 37th Street to the west. The land was annexed to Calgary in 1910 under the name Sarcee Park and formally established as Rutland Park in 1952, making it one of the older postwar communities in the southwest. Housing consists mainly of single-family bungalows alongside townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings, with roughly half the housing stock rented rather than owner-occupied. Sir James Lougheed Elementary serves the community's youngest students, and Mount Royal University is close by for older students and continuing education. A central green space with playgrounds, picnic areas and walking paths anchors the neighbourhood, and residents can reach Richmond Green Golf Course and Westbrook Mall within a short drive. At under one square kilometre, Rutland Park is one of the more compact communities in west Calgary.
