Rangeview SE Calgary MLS® Listings
Houses, Condos and Real Estate For Sale by Calgary REALTORS®.
Rangeview is Calgary's first agrihood, a southeast community built by Section23 Developments on land the Ollerenshaw family farmed for nearly a century before selling Section 23 for development. Instead of a golf course or a lake, Rangeview is organized around food, with community gardens, a greenhouse, an orchard and food forests woven through its neighbourhoods, plus a farmers-market style hub called Market Square and Harvest Hall, a four-season indoor and outdoor gathering space. A 23-plus acre naturalized wetland and storm pond anchors the community's open space. At full build-out, Rangeview is planned to house around 3,000 families, roughly 10,000 residents. It's still new enough that there are no schools inside the community yet. Students are currently designated to nearby schools including McKenzie Lake School and Mountain Park School, about a 13 to 14 minute drive away. Builders offer everything from garden townhomes to single-family homes.
