The Ranche Restaurant, owned by Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts, has announced that it is moving to the space previously occupied by The Inn on Lake Bonavista (and the Newport Grill).
"The Ranche Restaurant at Lake Bonavista will be nearby for guests who want to enjoy lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch after their morning stroll through the neighbourhood. Additionally, The Ranche will now be able to offer a casual lounge experience, alongside our regular fine dining atmosphere. The new venue is a larger space that offers modern conveniences such as an interactive private dining room, air conditioning as well as access to public transportation."
"Perched directly above Lake Bonavista with large glass windows overlooking the lake, guests at The Ranche Restaurant will enjoy spectacular views of the lake all year round. A patio overhanging the lake offers the perfect perch to sip wine, enjoy delicious eats and soak up the sun."
The Ranch has operated for 14 years in the Bow Valley Ranch House in Fish Creek Park after it was fully restored by the The Ranche At Fish Creek Restoration Society. Originally built in 1896, the Ranch House was painstakingly restored in 1999 to maintain the authenticity and historical accuracy of the interior and exterior of the building.
