Updated April 26, 2014 - Move your cars or the City will tow!

The City has reviewed recent budget reductions made to the Spring Clean-up program and has made the following adjustments to the current program: Starting Monday, April 28 towing and parking bans for Spring Clean-up operations will be enforced by The Calgary Parking Authority.

The City of Calgary has announced sweeping (we couldn't resist!) changes to its street cleaning program for 2014. Because of council-directed budget cuts, each road will only be swept once and clean-up will take place through the summer months. Most Calgarians are used to street cleaning being finished before the Calgary Stampede so the City has released a handy tool to find out when your street will be cleaned.

New listings remain below expectation in the single family sector

Residential sales activity improved across all sectors in March. However, declining new listings in the single family sector combined with further gains in sales activity decreased single family inventory to the lowest March level since 2006.
